Please note: a customer signature is required for Basic and Priority deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
Shipping Addresses
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or international addresses and we do not accept international credit cards. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
Returns
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
1. all merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. the merchandise must be in saleable condition with tickets attached.
Merchandise returned after 30 days will be credited at the current selling price.
Sale merchandise may not be returned after 30 days.
Price adjustments are given within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Not returnable at any time: lingerie, swimwear, antique jewelry and clothing, pierced earrings, women’s eveningwear, and any item marked Final Sale

For your convenience, we include a pre-printed return address label and form with your order. Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed. We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To expedite your return and for purposes of security we recommend FedEx. To return or exchange fine jewelry please ship with Return Signature Required. You must insure the package for the full value of the item(s) enclosed. You may also return the item(s) to your local Barneys New York store.
When returning a gift, return the item(s) via mail or to your area Barneys New York store and receive a gift card to be utilized for future purchases at any Barneys New York store.
