We have listed below a definition of the most commonly used product measurement terms. To help you choose the best size, we recommend that you compare each product's measurements with your own.
Measure the widest part of you head, just above the brow line.
Measure around the neck just below the Adam's apple. Place one finger between neck and tape measure to ensure a comfortable fit.
With arms straight at sides, measure around the fullest part of the chest, over the shoulder blades and under arms.
With elbow bent and hand on hip, measure from center base of neck and follow over top of shoulder and arm to the wrist.
Measure the circumference of dominant hand at the knuckles, excluding the thumb.
Standing straight, bend to one side to find the natural crease in your waist and run tape measure around this natural waistline. Place one finger between waists and tape measure to ensure a comfortable fit.
Standing straight with legs about 6 inches apart, measure the inside of leg from just below the crotch to about 1 inch below the ankle.
