2. Once you find an item, choose the size (where applicable) and quantity. Then, click the Add to Bag button.
3. You can review your items by clicking on the Barneys Bag button at the top right of the screen. To remove any items in your bag, simply click the Remove button, or Update Quantity button to change the number of an item.
4. When you are ready to make a purchase, click the Checkout button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note this does not guarantee the merchandise is available.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a FedEx tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

If it is your first time paying your bill online, click the Enroll button on top which will prompt you to create an online account with a login and password ID. Once this is done you can view your account details and make payments (please note that in order to enroll for the first time, you must have balance on your Barneys New York credit card).
Once your return package is received at our warehouse, an email advising that your refund is in process will be sent. Please note it may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card depending on your billing cycle.
