Visionary trunk maker Pauline Moynat founded her eponymous leather goods company in 1849. A pioneer in travel cases, the esteemed French house soon expanded to include discreetly luxurious handbags, which often feature curved silhouettes inspired by the trunks custom-made for early cars and trains. Since its renaissance in 2011, the label has refined its collection under the creative direction of Ramesh Nair, who is celebrated for elegantly combining modern designs with age-old techniques.
